Twitch drops

Just a question really: what is the thought behind these drops? The top drops keep changing what they are. The 3-4 last week(tho bugged) was top notch. You’ve at certain points given out titan shards, and this week 25 sig stone crystals….obviously I like some of these things better than the other COUGH RANK 3-4 GEM! And this week the gem goes down to a 1-2? I’m just not understanding the thought process or logic behind the continuous changes. Does anyone mind sharing the insight behind this?

Only rationale I can think of is last week was week 4 of the twitch drop campaign, this is weel 1 of a new cycle, so they may build back up like that towards the end
