Collective ranks -> automatic GC placements

Can at a certain collective rank, summoners just get an automatic GC pass and rewards? You know, so mere mortals slogging through victory track in a couple of months for the next stellar piece can have a chance by fighting other mere mortals more often?

Or should we just go ahead and count on accumulating 5k units for the next two pieces GC locked? I guess in some sense, none of it really matters unless you want trophy Stellar Doom. You will get the same exact champ as large accounts but at a significantly lower power no matter his rank or ascension.

This should just be a thing already. Whether it be tied to prestige, progression, etc. But kabam needs to sell victory shields so they wont do it
