Not a single exclusive champ. No Kate bishop, red Mags, CGR or Ghost. No AA, no Doom.

Instead, we’re getting rehashed 7 star champs, ones we already have in our rosters, only ascended. Non of them are in any deck, save maybe Knull. Ascension for em might contribute a miserable 15% dmg increase and they’re still gonna be mediocre.

Is it worth 36-7k units? You know the answer.

I’m gonna keep my stash, thank you.

I am happy with the event because I can only spend my units for two events a year, and last year was difficult because I felt obligated to spend it all on Dark Phoenix and then had to skip July 4th event. That actually worked out because I was able to get Torch for free last month and Dark Phoenix is still unobtainable.

So I am going to save my arena units for July 4th. I do not expect it to be amazing because I think Kabam has changed its monetization from sale events to megawhale casino crystal ascension/collectives economy.

But I can't imagine that July 4th will be worse than this Metamorphosis event.

And who knows, maybe I will get lucky with the free rewards. I believe we get 2 box keys and about 40 crystals as F2Ps.

I'm keeping my units from this horseshit event.

I was expecting this happen from what happened last year. I didn't have the massive amount of units that I do now for last year's event.

Kabam was thinking players were gonna grind and hoard units for this upcoming event just like last year and decide to put this event with these rewards that going to cost 40K units for 4 to 5 gems.

I'm actually happy about that too. ascension is good yeah, but i don't feel the need to spend since i have every one of those champs so I don't need to worry about missing out

all they needed to do to pique my interest and boost my FOMO was add an exclusive new champ at the top milestone. Not doing that is just blatantly lazy.

heck, just give us ascension tokens for Dark Phoenix. I’m sure people who missed out on her last year would have lunged on it.

I don't get all the complaining. If you don't like it, don't spend. There's no point in whining about the event's quality if you're not even gonna participate. This is just Kabam's way to maximize earnings from whales. Casuals save for Cyber Weekend and Banquet
