Problems with the new update...again (Collectives)

Individual goals have been released late compared to collective ones, because of this, people like me who have raised the level of their collectives cannot claim those rewards.

Now we have to wait for them to decide to fix it. I don't understand the constant need to release incomplete content. Okay, it's fine that they want to innovate, but take a couple of days to calculate everything they want to release.
