Lost Greater Empowered Crystal

I just finished completing some objectives for the collectives (looks good btw) so I received the greater empowered crystal. I opened it, hit it to stopped and it buffered for 10 secs and then I "lost connection" though I never had the small, red wifi icon pop up! I logged back in and it works just fine but now my GEC is gone and there's no record of an ascended 7*. Can I get my crystal back please? Is there anyone who can help me with this please? I appreciate all the work that y'all put into this game.
