Bugged Empowered Crystals

So with this new system, showing all of the effects on collectives, and all the new graphics when you pop crystals, I was shorted one grace pull. I had 77 crystals until my next pity pull going in to my 350 pop spree and only ended up with 2 Ascended champs. Mister Fantastic and Gorr. In the champs pulled section it showed that I got Patriot twice one time then when I popped again it should BB version of Patriot. Filing a ticket, but was curious if anyone else experiencing issues?

Slightly unrelated but how do you file a ticket because I was shorted on a greater empowered crystal.

Could it have been the first time you ascended Patriot? If so, then it makes sense why his material didn't show up in your inventory as the game auto ascends your first time champs.

it’s possible, probably likely, but I’m almost sure I had him ascended already. I’m pretty sure the team will let me know just how off my memory is once they have a chance to look 😑

It's definitely a bug, I just saw a content creator having the same issue

I agree it’s likely a big. But damn you got a sh1t ton more 7* champs in your openings than I did. I had about 320 crystals and counted four regular 7* champs plus an ascended Patriot as my pity guaranteed ascended champ 😑😭

Same happened with nick on yt video he pulled adam warlock twice but got him only once

It's a visual bug. People have had it before on here. You pulled an ascended patriot and a normal patriot but if you pull an ascended champ before its regular dupe it'll show as ascended twice

No this one is different I definitely just saw A CC have this issue the Ascension icon thingy was there the second time but he only got one champion token and he had the champion Ascended prior to opening his crystal

I do have different issue. I didn't get pity in the middle.

I suppose to one 94th crystal which I did. Next I supposed to get on 214th crystal, but there was not any assention. I got next one at 287th. There 173 crystal gap

that’s what I thought after reflecting on it a bit, but what made me even check the bottom list of champs in the first place was that the pop of 10 that should have had the guaranteed ascended champ didn’t have it in the list of popped champions. As a matter of fact it only had 6 stars for that round of pops. Unfortunately it didn’t dawn on me until after the fact, but it is what is. Comp no comp, I’m good. Was Just curious how widespread this might be.
