Think she means that Day-1 of this week's normal AQ ended an hour earlier that previous.

Yes, whole AQ time adjusted 1 hour earlier to better sync things with common timeframes.

Daily Quests, EQ, etc, now aligned with AQ (as well as ongoing Solo Coliseum).
