You need 90 rank ups, not 90 total levels. They all started on level 1.
wdym levels? Can't u see I ranked up collective 90 times .16+16+16+14+14+14=90 u dion't know simple math? And if iI'm wrong then tell me how 84 makes sense
They all started at level one, so you leveled them 15+15+15+13+13+13, or 84 times. I did it as simple math for you. The target wasn't to get to rank 90, it was to rank them up 90 times.
You didn’t rank them up 90 times. You have 90 ranks in total but each one started at rank 1. Basic math 1*6 =6 and 90 - 6 =84.

It does seem odd that they STARTED OUT all 6 classes already at Rank-1 to begin with. And gave you that +3% (forget if health or attack) for being Rank-1. WITHOUT HAVING TO DO ANYTHING.
They probably should have started all of them out at ZERO RANK, and made you press the Rankup button one extra time (to go from 0 to 1).
they said we will get 3 greater empowered crystals from solo objective at rank 15 (assuming rank 15 in all 6) so why now rank 16 so it mean we have to reach rank 26 for full rewards but max is 25 i think . it is written there only rank 15 then why

Slide saying need to hit Rank 15, before the Collectives dropped and we could actually see we really start out already on rank 1. Well just going by the slide beforehand, it is fair to say that it implies you need to do 15 ranks in order to reach that (average, across all 6 classes) level to get the other 2 Greater crystals.
Which is still true.
It's only once we know that you start already at 1, and then trying to combine that with the initial slide showing Ranks, that it falls apart.
I’m gonna guess and say that the slide was created by one person, and the game (starting at 1) was done by someone else, and/or the Objectives (starting at 0) as well. And that things just didn’t totally SYNC together. Even though the overall meaning was there, the hit-points are sort of mixing up 0 vs 1 across the various rewards.
But as for the exact ranks shown in slide, that's just a brief oversimplification anyways, because the rewards are NOT ONLY at those 3 specific points (10, 15, 25). The Empowered crystals are actually broken out into a lot of different rank points along the way to 25 (not just 3 specific points).
