Is there any other way of getting t5 basic other than essentia and buying them for 30 units? If not as an elder you can only rank 4 one champ per week, which is pretty dumb

I found the same issue. They really need to change this. Not everyone has all 7* champs and if you look there isn't even any T5b in the Monthly EQ

Also agree. 15 T5 a week is ridiculous. Before this store combination & obviously before collectives, I had plenty even in overflow. Feast or famine it seems... never a middle

there’s part of one in Catalyst Daily quests. but, agreed, it ain’t enough…

if you got access to the Sigil store, you can trade up (t1 for t2, t2 for 3, etc). between daily quests and the ludicrous amount of Mysterium floating around, it’s an option.

The whole "lets push this exciting game changing function that fundamentally changes how you play the game" who's WHOLE thing is about roster depth AND how to increase points by ranking/sig/ascension, and then NOT give a SINGLE ounce of Tier 5 Basics to Paragons, Valiants, or Elders is pretty freaking annoying.

I raised the same concern a few days back on another thread. In terms of 6 stars, I'm first trying to rank up all my 6 stars that aren’t released as 7 stars yet. You can buy 15 a week from Essentia, and then 1 per day in the Daily Quests. Would be great if they were available in the Mysterium Store! Especially considering it costs 12 T5B to get a 6* from Rank 1 to 4.

with collectives I think everyone needs rank up mats for 6* locked champs, but yeah 30 units per catalyst is definitely reasonable

After playing for a dozen years, I can attest that new progression titles and game modes have never seemed planned out or implemented with what happens in the actual game in mind.

Always seems like figuring out the impact on game economy comes after monetization.
