I accidentally traded in a 3-4 ascended champion rank up gem for a 3-4 Hof rank up gem. I was completely unaware of what was happening and one finger slip later my luck was gone. Is there anyway that I could trade the Hof gem back for the ascended gem? If anyone else has any suggestions on how to contact Kabam directly for this, I’d like some help.

You can try making a ticket to explain the situation as long as you haven’t used it yet. But I would act fast on this if I were you

For the game team, the answer is to make things way more obvious and explain way more clearly, especially when the items you trade in look similar.

Sure, but you miss the obvious problems with poor descriptions and identical icons.

I wound up wasting time trying to find the list of HoF & Omega champs to see who I had remaining that could be ranked up. In addition, the icon listed below each item on shop looks pretty similar to the ones next to it, as shown below.

Maybe I’m missing a fine detail that distinguishes them, but all of these items you can trade in look the same to me, and I still have some I can trade for.

Maybe the team could just grayscale all the class catalysts too?

They should have put the "i" icon that listed the champs like they do with crystal contents; but that would be expecting a bit too much.
