Accidently exchanged one of my gems

I accidently traded one of my 2 to 3 ascendable gems for a heart of fire gem. All of my heart of fire champions are past rank 2 so I'm stuck with a useless item. Is there a possibility to add a trade for my heart of fire gem so I can trade it back to be an ascendable gem?

A ticket is the only way.

Ticket is the only way but genuinely how are people doing this by accident. There are multiple things you need to press with text on them in order to have this happen

I know I don't hage many of them, and if I do I'm sure I already ranked them up, but since there are no tag on them for me to search, I would like to make sure.

To answer your question here is the list.

HoF: Apocalypse, Nick Fury, Immortal Abomination, Tigra, Future Ant-Man and Dark Phoenix.

Omega days: Omega Red, Mole-Man, Quicksilver, Longshot, Omega sentinel and Corvus Glaive.

Many thanks for your response, I knew that didn't have many of these champs.

So none from HoF, just Omega Day, Mole Man, Corvus (also an Ascensable champ) Omega Sentinel.

So might do some trade in if I get overflow, which is unlikely.

@Alexms52 , you have to Submit a Support Request Ticket.

Go to Support site (via settings page in game, or from website), create a Support Account, and ask that they reverse the swap.

i made a wrong exchange too. Why did you do that change avaible? it is a trap and we caught. Also support was quick but this time they did not answered. I wish they can reverse it back . Also i wish we won't wait till monday
