Collective R15 crystals

So, when are the 10 empowered grace crystals from Collective R15 awarded? I expected them to be awarded once I fully completed R15, ie when it turns "green" (see attachments). I had my Science Collective at 15/25 which to me meant I was "working to finish" R15, and therefore the rewards for R15 were not active yet. I finished it and it now shows 15/25 with R15 in green, but didn't get any crystals.

Am I understanding this wrong? Are crystals awarded the moment you "start" a rank or when you actually complete it? Because the rest of the rewards seem to activate after you complete it...

your 2nd pic shows you now at 16.

You previously got the rank 15 crystals when you actually reached 15 a while earlier.

Also, fyi, the GREEN bar was showing on #1 pic because you were scrolling left-right along the potential Ranks. That is when you got the crystals earlier, but the “summary” for 15 in that particular area doesn’t show things (ie crystals, pics, titles, etc) beyond the actual Stat Increase portions.

It's only in that last pic area that you see the full benefits of each rank.

So, when Collectives originally dropped, we all started at R1, does that mean everyone got a 3% health boost even before ranking up any collective?

Yes. We all started out +3% without having to do anything.

And that also meant that (currently) to reach final Objective you need to be at average of 16 (not 15). But that is being comp'd this coming week (will be given those “missed” 6 Objective points).
