Basic Venom cutoff predictions?

Personally I am happy that Fixit got replaced with Venom since I don't have him yet. With Carnage as featured I figure there will be some crazy grinding for him, might make Venom easy. 3 mil maybe?

My alliance member says that venom will go for 4-5 mill. Do you agree? how many points would I need to be safe?

I think he gets more Buffs on him ? Any idea if it might be good when combo'd with Carnage ? For increase buffs
