I have the catalyst to r4 my champion but it won't go into my inventory to rank them

I even ranked up a six star so I could go in my inventory and claim max and it still didn't claim them

You need to reach level 60 to unlock the capacity needed.

The workaround is investing in the sigil to expand capacity.
