Random crashes are getting more frequent

Doing battlegrounds I used to get random hard game crashes every 8-9 matches. Now it every other one. It's getting annoying and costing me progression. Before I used to be able to reload in time and give it a go on shorten time but now that time has been reduced it's an auto loss. What needs to be done to fix this? I play on iPad.

The game keeps crashing after my first login, especially during fights. I have been experiencing this issue since last week.

However, when I log in again immediately after the crash, the game works normally without crashing. This usually happens after a long rest period. The first login will crash during combat, but the second login works fine.

I have experienced this issue in Daily Quest, Arena, and Story Quest.

Device model: iPhone 16 Pro Max.

Mine is a brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max and I have started seeing these crashes every now and then. It's very annoying and I'm not sure if it's a software issue or a hardware one. Probably software.

less than a year. There's no way people need a new iPad every year simply to not crash. Currently doing these incursion thing, if I don't close out my game every 1-2 rooms I risk crashing and losing 50% hp. We get no hp or revives for this but they gives us a billion of them for AW. Common sense hasn't been seen for years now and it's at an ultimate high. These crashes aren't a new thing, but Kabam just asks a billion questions about make model year if devices and blames it on everything but their game.

Okay, but do you understand why they ask about devices? Because it could be their game and they need to narrow it down. There are some updates that have inadvertent issues on specific devices. So they need to figure out if it is widespread, if it is a device specific issue, or if it is an individual user issue due to the condition/quality of their device or internet. Getting that information is a necessary step in the process. So let's breathe for a second and employ some logical thought into the process.

Perhaps asking how old your iPad is was the wrong question. What model is it? Because I have an iPad 10 that is about 3 years old now, and while it is not my primary device I still use it from time to time. This iPad also has some large pieces of software on it for my work and is the lowest end model of the 10. I've never once had the game crash in any scenario. So we can now determine that it is at least not an overall iPad issue. If your iPad is also a 10, then we can determine that it is not a widespread device issue, nor is it a game issue, but an individual user issue that could be multiple different things, none of which Kabam can necessarily effectively fix without the risk of knock on effects that impact a wider audience.

This is not to say that Kabam cannot fix the issues you're experience, but simply to say that they might not have any control over your individual experience or any ability to rectify it.
