Finally completed the Deathless Chase!

My journey had been weird. I must have been Thronebreaker/Paragon when it started since I know for sure I didn't get to access/play the "Seasons of Pain" fights.

Most of my pieces were from BGs, Banquet, etc. I held off on end-game content since I wasn't in the mood frankly...

I was slowly buying the missing pieces using Radiance but I knew I would only be getting 3 characters before I get the rest using units...

...That is until Banquet where we got a selector for the Deathless champs which renewed my drive to finish the completion.

And for many days, I put off on Necropolis since I hate long-form content. The Carina challenges for Elder helped me overcome it since I had to tackle Ordeal, Abyss and Epoch every week to get A2 Maestro (since I figured I'm never gonna explore Necropolis anyway...)

Finally with Mcoc Noob's new vids related to Necropolis and my r4 heimdall (and a heap of expiring revives/potions), I finally tackled it yesterday and have finally completed my Deathless chase!

Order of collection:
- Deathless King Groot (only had 2 pieces, got him from Banquet selector)
- Deathless Vision (Bought 3 pieces using radiance)
- Deathless She-Hulk (Bought 1 piece, got the final piece from Necropolis Carina challenge)
- Deathless Guillotine (Final piece from Necropolis completion)

Thanks to Mcoc Noob once again for his "Worthy Gods" run

My Necropolis run and stats:

The Team:

Heimdall (R4 Sig 100 - super clutch),
Abs Man (R4 Sig 200),
Hulk (R3 Sig 20 - used - just got 5-10% in fights then unused 😅),
Serpent (R4 Sig 200 - unused - Could have bought in Odin atleast for Heimdall boost)
Juggernaut (R3 Sig 40 - purely for last phase in Grandmaster)

The Fights:

Titania - 4 revives (Heimdall)
Ex Vision - 6 revives (Abs Man) [Couldn't control the power-gains, brute-forced it]
Omega Sentinel - 1 revive (could have been a solo - Heimdall)
Air Walker - 0 (Abs Man) [This was a shock for me and gave me confidence]
Cap Britain - 3-4 revives (Heimdall)
Wiccan - 4 revives (Hulk useless, Heimdall)
Psycho-Man - 1 revive (could have been a solo - Heimdall) [Grew impatient, got hit with SP3 😥]
Guardian - 1 revive (could have been a solo - Heimdall) [Grew impatient at last 8% or so, got hit with SP3 😥]
Valkyrie - 2 revives (could have been a solo - Heimdall) [Didn't read the hit block node, got hit by multiple SP3s 😅]
Red Guardian - 0 (Heimdall)
Cap Sam Wilson - 1 (Heimdall) [Grew impatient, got hit with SP2 😥]
Dragon Man - 1 (Hulk useless, Heimdall)
CAIW - 0 (Heimdall)
Nova - 1 (Heimdall)
Grandmaster: ~10-15 revives (Heimdall for 99%, Juggs for last phase)

Frankly, don't know 😅 Need to start using him…

I have always banned him in BGs.

However if you are gonna burn units, I would say he's worth max 5k units depending on who you ask.

You can get upto 10 pieces "free" as of now:

5 through radiance store
1 from Wheel of Fate completion
1 from Act 8.1.6 ,8.2.6 ,8.3.6 completion with guill team [Guill piece]
1 from necropolis completion [Guill piece]
1 from Necropolis carina challenge [She-Hulk piece]
1 from CCP Carina challenges [King Groot piece]

So if you are starting from scratch, you need 10 more pieces (i.e.) 50000 units…

I’ll have to have a look. I got deathless she hulk at banquet. I have two pieces for Guilly sword and one for each of the other two, so currently missing 11 pieces.

I didn’t realise you could get them through Act 7. How does that work? I’ve only done Act 7 completion. The rewards didn’t make it worth exploring but I’d go back and do it for deathless pieces.

Oops, it's Act 8.

There should be a challenge where you need to complete 8.1.6, 8.2.6 and 8.3.6 with only Guillotine, Purgatory, Morningstar and Guillotine 2099 in the team

Congratz mate! The chase is most the fun but DThanos and DShehulk are top champions that will have many uses over the years to come.
