Late joining ally for star-forged piece

As I just left alliance 3 months ago for a quick break, I was mistaken thinking I can get all the blade star-forged pieces by playing solo. Can I still get the sunglasses piece from alliance colliseum if I join one now?

Too late for alliance coliseum. You can likely buy it for 2500 units soon.
