Viewing other's Alliance Champions Tab not working

Im trying to organize alliance war defense for next season and have asked teammates for their defense rooster, however when im trying to look up the list, their champions are not showing… this is a screenshot of my other account which is supposed to show the champions

@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex @KabamPinwheel this issue is in the game since last aw season…we can't organize the defender list if some of the players don't have other external communication apps and use only this feature or the ingame chat…why wasn't this bug solved until now? Thanks

A similar post had an update on this. Commenter apparently saw that this has been FIXED with today's monthly Update.
