I recently duped my 5* Rocket Raccoon (right on New Years actually), he’s currently at rank 2 and I have the catalysts I need to take him to rank 3 and I don’t have any other options for the catalysts other than my R4 4* Nebula who is unawakened but I’m not going to rank her up. So should I wait till I pull a Stark Spidey or a Star Lord or just go for it? I plan on using him for ROL btw

    Wait for SL or Spark. RR no longer crits as much compared to pre 12.0.
