Hello everyone, sorry to bother but how do i submit a ticket cause i accidentally bought 10 grace crystals and i didn't mean to, i want my 2000 units back, this is the first time i am doing this so help is appreciated. I didn't open them so anyone who knows how to help me would be helpful

How long does it take for them to refund, cause i have not touched the crystals or the metamorphosis reward in fact haven't even claimed it in fear they won't refund me the units.

They dont work weekends. Dont click anything on the email and just wait for an actual response

Just sit tight. If you didn't touch the crystals, it shouldn't be an issue. Might take a day or two, but you should hopefully get your units back soon. The message just says that they're looking into your issue and then gave you some potentially helpful things to try on your own in the meantime. But since you can't reverse the purchase yourself, they're largely irrelevant.
