Can’t change raids/maps

I am experiencing an error when trying to change the Raids Maps. I opened a ticket last week and received no help even though I answered all their questions and even gave them a video of the issue.

The raids start in a few hours and we can’t change the maps!

and I opened the ticket LAST WEEK and you get back to me after Raids started. That’s BRILLIANT.

Our alliance has the same issue, a couple of officers tried to sign up for nightmare with no luck, and that was basically the same response the officer that submitted a ticket received.
