Battleground season 38 solo rewards missing

Just want to clarify, do we qualify to get solo rewards for battlegrounds upon reaching Gladiator Circuit? If so, why haven’t I received the rewards yet? I am asking for season 38 in particular

Did you complete at least one fight in GC? Win or loss doesnt matter. You need to in order to get radiance for GC placement.
