The fight disconnected after beating phyla vel. I reload the game and I see credit towards elder difficulty, but the classic did not update. Am I going to have to waste my time and energy clearing that just to 100% this month?

according to support this is "working as intended" i apologize for the tag, but @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex do you have any guidance?

Did that only happen in Chapter 3:1 ?
or did same thing happen in Chapters 1 and 2 as well ?

If you have already rechecked it after restarting game (I assume), try just running 1 path on Classic.

Or worse come to worse, yes, just do them on Classic on that one quest, to get game to mark them as completed. (just as if someone were to first run them on Classic and then say “let me try on advanced now”.)

it only happened on the phyla vel quest, due to a server disconnect right as i was exiting the match. Support is working with me now, and has acknowledged the bug after recommending i 100% all of elder. I did that, and no change.

It happened to me too and only in 3.1 as well

update: support worked it out and manually changed my progress upon further review. I just got skittish when i saw the working as intended remark

This happened to me yesterday as well but it fixed itself after exploring another path

Were the other instances of this being a big ALL with same 3.1 quest ? (and, even without having crashed ? Like everybody having 3.1 problem with it carrying over to Classic explore status from doing single-run higher level ?)

or were they ALL from having a crash on final boss (no matter which quest of the 6 in EQ this month) ?
