just how much better is to be Elder than Valiant at the moment?
I have reached elder title 1 week after it dropped in april, and it started off with little to no rewards, right now after roughly 2 months, it still doesn't really feel that much big of a jump .
(not as much as from conqueror to uncollected, or cavalier to thronebreaker, or even paragon to valiant) .
And for the requirments it has ( 3 R5 7* in comparison to 2 R3 7*) , you would expect at least double the rewards, especially that you had to complete all carina challenges, explore 100% act 9, and do both solo coliseums, basically a very heavy grind.
The calendar while updated still feels very outdated (getting 10k gold as a reward on a few days).
The stores are pretty much unchanged (except for the mysterium store now not having limits), but price is the same for valiant and for elder, no difference, no perks... when we had glory stores, there was a difference in price between paragon and valiant.
Daily super event is the only good upgrade and it feels worth the title.
Daily free crystals are nice (BUT PLEASE ADD THEM BACK IN THE GAME , I DONT LIKE LOGGING IN THE WEBSTORE TO CLAIM IT SOMETIMES I FORGET TO CHECK IN, IT SHOULD BE IN THE GAME AS IT WAS )
Weekly super event is still the same as it was.
Some twitch drops still offer paragonr rewards.. or valiant rewards as the max reward level.
EQ rewards are slightly better and I do like that.
Offers are better but lets be honest, i dont think a title best rewards should be "now you get more t5a frags if you spend hundreds of dollars, congratulations!"
So, honestly while innitially i was super hyped to do this, i dont feel like i would've missed out on much if i was still valiant.
So for those who don't spend money on the game and play casually, probably dont really bother to reach it asap, unless u want the upgraded 4th of july unit offers, but even then maybe just save your units for banquet event.
Im telling you as an elder player, there isnt that much that is upgraded or beneficial, maybe i just play this game way too much, but i miss when the title meant a lot and it had exponentially better rewards and you felt like you reached end game for a little while.
