Game stuck at loading screen (Apple). **workaround solution**
Hi, today I started having trouble launching the game; it's stuck on the loading screen on some Apple devices.
After some research, the problem seems to be with Game Center. I'm not sure if it's an Apple server issue or a Kabam problem, but Game Center has crashed. If you open Settings > Game Center, the configuration screen goes blank whit with a spinning circle.
For the temporary solution to work, you need to have a Kabam account linked beforehand.
When the game launches, it connects to Game Center, and since there's no response, it just stays on hold.
What you need to do is sign out of Game Center, but since it's blank, you can't.
To do this, you must:
1- Put your device in Airplane Mode or disable any internet connection.
2- Turn your device off and then back on.
3- Without an internet connection, open Settings > Game Center.
4- The options will appear; scroll down and select Sign Out.
5- Open the game, and it should work. It will ask you to sign in to Game Center. You can do this, but the problem might reappear, and you'd have to repeat the process. I recommend you don't; close that window. Later, once the problem has been resolved, you can sign in to Game Center.
