It is wrong, there have been lots of cases of one of the sets of towers not giving out points, due to disconnections
I think I got points only from the tech tower, missing points from the Cosmic tower.

Same here. Only points for 1 tower.
This sucks. Now I don't know if i should start climbing or wait or if I should keep track of everything. Double dipping seems likely after a fix too :(
4470 is the correct number of points if you received all the tower rating points for all blocks from 1 to 64 for a single tower. So this is a glitch where you got all the points for one of the two towers but not the other.
I think this is going around, whether due to bug or server overload. I believe Kabam is looking into it.
I'm at 2002 tower rating. Does this mean I didn't receive the score for both cosmic and tech towers? What??
The right column of this table shows the cumulative score for clearing that block. So if you happen to have completed six fights in block 68, your total score for that tower should be 467 (the total for clearing Block 67) plus 6, or 473. Add up all the towers to get your total towers rating score.
Your event score is ten times your tower rating score, so that would be 4730 total event points. Theoretically speaking you could add up all your towers to calculate your cumulative score and compare to your in-game score to see if you've been affected by a bug. However, Kabam of course can do the exact same calculation so I assume anyone affected by a scoring bug will eventually be fixed by a sweep of the towers system.
Note to add in any Twitch points to event score. For Paragons and up, it was 3400 total points this week.

same thing happened to me. Only got rewards and points for tech. Look at your inventory you’ll notice there won’t be any comics catylsts from today at the time you claimed them, no t3 or t4 or t5, idk about the shards, I claimed them on my break knew I should’ve waited until I got home. I’m the most mad about the points I’m still probably gonna be on track to ascends my r4 sig121 warlock which I’ve been wicked excited about. I’m pretty pissed. Grinded a lot of the first two classes, watched the twitch streams, I’m not surprised, I sent in a ticket. I hope they help.
Why would my TOWER POINTS be 6 more points than what the chart above says. (chart is not wrong for me, because chart, times 10, matches my REALM Event points).
So thus my Realm Points are 60 (6x10) less than what my Tower Points supposedly say the Realm Event should be. (*no streams)
It was 6 mismatch last week, as well as today after doing initial new class claims too.
