not sure if they can do anything in the support , but the comp for this bug better be really good , cause i ain´t trying to waste resources because of a bug that should be fixed already , they actually gave us one more bug now .

Lost all my keys to this stupid server issue…just stuck on fight end screen.
yeah i hope they give us a few more today because that won´t hurt them at all, and i am scared of using units until this is really fixed.
Same here. Why is the key lost when it disconnects after the fight is over? Is it not logged on their damned servers like bgs?
because you didn´t had the chance to collect the key at the end of the fight , the game puts you back in the main screen , so you never collected the rewards from winning the fight , same thing happened to me.
My game lagged out entering the tech tower I didn’t get any rewards for skipping floors or credit on the warlock quest. I also lost a key to lag as well.

the support can do nothing about it , but kabam can and they will , is just the time they need to find out everyone that got affected and to find the best way to compensate us for the entire problem , they have to give us more keys and even units in several cases too.
Yeah, I don't know if they think they've fixed the issue but they haven't. Literally just lost connection and my key. 3:36 PST. This is still an issue...
@Kabam (Osaurus) Rex this is still an issue as of 3:36 pm PST. This hasn't been fixed. Just lost my key due to lost connection... I don't have any problems with any other game modes.
What are "Single Challenge Tower Entries"?
