Will 7★ Spider-Man (Stark Enhanced) ever get a First Appearance (Rainbow Frame)? Also, where can I c

Stark Enhanced Spider-Man has always been my favorite since it debuted in MCOC, and getting the 7★ version is my biggest goal.
I have two questions:

1. Is there any chance that 7★ Spider-Man (Stark Enhanced) could receive a First Appearance (Rainbow Frame) version in the future? I know Miles Morales was the first champion to get the First Appearance treatment, but has Kabam ever mentioned whether older champions like Stark Spidey could eventually receive one?
2. Where can I currently obtain the 7★ Spider-Man (Stark Enhanced)? I know he was originally available through the CCP/Carina’s Challenges, but is he still obtainable today? If so, where can I get him now? Is he available through any crystals, selectors, or special events?
I’d really appreciate any information. Thanks in advance!

You can still do the challenges to get him. He has appeared in some random crystals, but the odds were very low to get him.

Sorry, it is probably not Carina.its CCP challenge (they disappear when you complete them so I don't know the exact name). And they're still available to do. They should be in your Carina special objective tab if I remember correctly.
