This is typical, going way back to the 12.0 changes. They nerfed Dr. Strange, Thor, and Scarlet Witch right after they sold those god tier champs in offers. This company has horrible ethics, I do not know why people continue to spend.

Wow, i actually went to check the original thread and is totally buried, even tho it has comments from like 10min ago.

I don't understand why they need to act shady like that, it doesn't help them at all, if anything it just makes things worse cause now we have another thread about it and people are more angry.

Has anyone checked the prior patch notes to see if this change was ever announced? I mean it's clearly a nerf, the question is whether it was silent or not. I don't remember seeing a note anywhere, but maybe I missed it.

I'm talking with the team about Archangel this morning; this isn't an intended nerf for him.

The update protects him from abilities like disorient, which used to affect his abilities, and he will be fixed so that his protection extends to the Parry and Dex masteries like it used to.

I believe there was something in this latest forum incarnation where something like net -5 reactions may cause a post to automatically no longer get bumped when new comments come in. At least, that is what I have noticed with some other posts the last several months (but I have no confirmed knowledge whether that is the case or not).
(and for a while now, “bump” is sort of a misnomer, because user posts still don't start until Page-23, very soon to be 24 with just one more “announcement” post, when looking at the main “Recent Discussion” pages).

Anyways, highly doubtful that someone at Kabam would specifically go to just one of the MANY posts about AA (whether about the apparent charge to a line in his kit, or to the webstore milestone or game offers in which to get him) and selectively pick out just one post to Mute. Especially with the ton of other Resetting Offers posts the last several days.

(edit, or maybe just looks at negative reactions, without offsetting by positive ones. If Polygon's other example just above is also one that was not bumped, but that started and stopped getting any more the same day on 22nd, so don't know if it had not been going back to top for that one).

Yeah that one i linked stopped being bumped the same day, i was keeping track of the last comment time stamp and despite being recent it was still on page 2. The "last comment by" that it shows before you open a thread was also not reflective of the latest comment

is this a real answer. They changed him to protect him against disorient and now will extend that to parry. It sounds like you got caught and now are back peddling. It doesn't even begin to explain the wording being changed. Do you have to be a liar and cheat in order to get hired at this company? No one that passes a lie detector test gets an interview. Your explanation makes zero sense.
