When it's convenient for kabam all rules change

Soooo I was testing a theory of mine and took my R5 Mordo to test on the rage path in 541 to see if he can block the unblockable they get after 5 furies and found out he doesn't block the unblockable.
It's funny cause his ability literally states that he can block unblockable.
Now add that to my previous test of taking King Groot against Ice phoenix to see if he can shake off that cold snap for 1 fury which also didn't happen. And that's funny considering his ability literally states that can shake off any debuff on the expanse of 1 fury and he starts with 2 so why can't he shake cold snap off?

Any response from a mod for a change would be nice cause this is a bit suspicious don't you think?

Mordo’s description clearly states unblockable special attacks. King groots furies are applied after any debuffs he starts with so they do not remove a debuff. Fury before debuff is removed, debuff before fury and it is not removed.

Oh didn't notice that about Mordo. Funny thing is what I blocked was a L1 from MM and it was a special that he didn't block. So does that count?
Also about KG, that is why I said it's convenient to consider it like debuffs are applied first at the start of the fight.
It makes more since that a champ goes into battle in fury mode and only then he encounters an enemy that can put a debuff on him so he basically has fury first right? I mean it's logic 101 right?

He only blocks unblockable special attacks after holding block for 0.5 seconds

That’s been King Groot’s and many other champions rule for a as long as I know. Maybe you meant to bring up how Blade does not follow that rule?
