Can you tell me what’s there to look so much into? Many people did not get points for cosmic/tech towers. How long does it take to figure out if that’s true or not and give a timeline for expecting those missing points to be added.

Which specific tower it was that each account didn't get rewards for, which floor that would be for, whether or not they missed both rewards or just 1, its way more complex than your making it out to be
