Which one should I upgrade, Phoenix or Angela? Both are 4*. I don't have 5* champions.

    Just use her special 1 right before your about to be at special 2, and repeat. She does massive damage if you do that

    Phoenix if she is duped, Angela if both are unduped..

    Angela is arguably top 3 cosmic, and Medusa only tops the chart with synergy. Hyperion is right there too. So yeah, no question. Angela will always be more useful than Phoenix, except maybe in war defense?

    Or prestige but no 5*’s means he’s not worried about prestige yet. Only thing Phoenix is good for is prestige lol only reason why I r4’d my 5*
