Evade bug back [Under Investigation]

So the evade bug is back has this been reported/acknowledged somewhere? I just got a evade/instant hit from spiderman.

Kabam please fix. Venom has a passive that prevents spider man from and others from evading. In act 5.2.3 there is a spider man classic and I was using venom and the spider man continued to evade. There was no node about evading

He has to have Klyntar active to stop the Evade.
