Psylocke sp1 power gain procs MD? [Not A Bug]

is this working correctly? Each time you use her sp1 to bring them down a bar it procs their MD. Makes her relatively useless vs mystic champs if they even have 1 point in MD.

Hey OP. This is indeed working as intended. It makes Mystic champs with points in MD strong against Psylocke, but she still take power from non Mystic Champs. Since this isn't a Bug, I'm going to go ahead and close out the thread. Thanks!
