What is the best order to 100% Act 5?

I have beaten all of Act 5 and now I am wondering which parts to 100% first based off rewards and difficulty.
I have already 100% 5.1 but 5.3 and 5.4 felt easier than 5.2 which could mainly be because of roster progression over time or that the Collector really is just unfair and broken without spending units.
What do you all think about going back and doing 100% Act 5?
