Act 5.3.2 cosmic key

I am short of this path to 100% the map for 5.3.2, but I do not have the cosmic key.... there are no more keys remaining in the map for me to obtain...

Should this key be obtained from another chapter or is this a bug?

Thanks. I went to get from the other maps. Turned out I did not grab all the keys on my first run.
