Power gain while in power lock

in Bugs and Known Issues
So going through 5.4 today trying to 100%, and running into a few bugs. Twice in 5.4.4 I have put power lock on with Magik, only to have the champs gain power (Thor Rag and IP). When I went in the second time, the power locked worked. Anyone else have this issue?
Also, we have noticed that evading Cyclops and IP sp1 is getting harder, as the tail-end hits you.

    i ran into a similar issue with Hyperion on 5.4 where magik's power lock failed to stop his automatic power gain. i can't recall exactly what map in 5.4 but i chalked it up to me not understanding his buffs and just worked around it. not sure if it was a bug or not but sounds similar to what you are saying.

    Yeah it’s definitely a bug as I force quit and it worked the second time. 5.4 is full of bugs 🐛
