Specials are activated during attack Phase - Age of Sentry

I started playing Uncollected mode and the first chapter quest 1 - In Hard Path (Cyclops) is activating his specials when I’m hitting him. It’s similar to Modok issue where he was activating his specials during the fight.

I used Yondu.

Please check this issue.
