AQ problem

My alliance started map 3 earlier, I was playing act 3 so I didn't start right away.
As soon as I started a fight with Hyperion after the climatic run at each other it said TIME OUT! And I thought nothing of it except my moon Knight lost half of his life for no reason. A couple hours later my fellow alliance member​ said the same thing happened to him.
Are you guys aware of this? And are there anymore people experiencing this?

    You were probably better off to time out and let someone else die fight Hyperion! His power gain is ridiculous.

    its always been like that all the AQ and AW fights have timers on them.. if you run out of time that's what happens

    No it happened as soon as the fight started

    This happens when you press the fight button after the alloted 1 min to fight an opponent in AW and AQ... It's kind of a bug in that fights shouldn't start once the 1 min timer is finished.
