Sentry Quest Time Legend Run

Can someone please confirm for me? If I want to try for the Legend title run with the Sentry Quest, do I have to run Heroic and Master consecutively or can I run just Heroic, take a break and then run Master?

    Have to do it all at once, no breaks. But it sounds like you may want to do a bit more research before jumping in.
