Skill champ rank up to 4/40

These skilled champs are very enjoyable to me and i use very often, i can take 2 up to 4/40 but which one should i rank up?

Hawkeye and Black Widow would be the best options since they're duped and have great abilities.

I would go with thor if his was duped for straight damage but Hawkeye is good also

Hawkeye has reliable power drain with his l1. He will take you far in the game.
