Eliminate Champs like She-Hulk and Kamala Kahn

The champion pool is watered down. There are good champs, great champs, amazing champs, and then there are champs like She Hulk and Kamala Kahn Marvel. Champs that make people cry when they open them. Champs that are rarely ranked up and often sold.

These champs should be removed from the pool; anyone who has them would get an equivalent champion crystal(s) to reflect their current rating and duplicate level. (Not 1:1 reflection of course).

I am thinking there are 5-10 champs who would fit into this category. These two are the epitome of what I am referring to.

Absolutely not.
Look, I know it's frustrating to pull a trash champ from a crystal (I myself recently went on a streak of Colossus-Winter Soldier-Karnak-Ms. Marvel-IF...), but these champions are what make the game FUN. What's the enjoyment in pulling, say, a Crossbones without trash champions? With these bottom tier champs, you recognize that CB is an amazing champion, one that has uses. Without them, you simply get angry, as you haven't gotten a god like Stark Spidey or GP. So they give meaning to middle tier champs.
Additionally, these champions represent well-loved Marvel characters. Even the worst champions, like Colossus or Kamala Khan, all have stories behind them. They have pasts, and people love the stories that they're a part of. Would you really want to remove these well-known characters simply because a game team didn't do them justice?
And finally, if you remove one trash tier, you'll only make the second worst tier the new trash tier. Soon, using the original erasure as a precedent, people will demand the new trash tier champs be removed. So we'll just keep on erasing champions over and over again. Do we really want that?
Besides, all these "trash" champions have their uses. She-Hulk's got that neat "Parry-Heavy-SP3" trick. Colossus is good for newer players since he takes damage easily (even though those players will later learn that taking damage is undesirable, no matter how high your armor rating is. Kamala Khan...um...has Fury?
So I don't think we should erase these trash-tier champs. I think we should instead look on the bright side and appreciate what they do for us, no matter how miserable they might make us. Heck, you can even try a challenge of going through difficult maps with only "trash" champions. So no, trash champions should not be erased.

They kept out from the crystals some really good champs like Wolverine, Thor or Captain WW2 to give us some useless characters like She Hulk, Colossus or Cage. That's kinda sad...

Kabam says they want a balance in the game yet they make these extreme differences in champs. They take amazing champs and make them substandard. How many people in your alliance literally feel ill to open a 5* She-Hulk? I understand your sentimentality to Marvel champion stories, but really, what place do they have in this game?

Fair point and in retrospect I should have mentioned that to be only 5* crystals.

And let’s pray to whatever dieties you worship that these types of champs do not make the first run of 6* champs. (I also do not think God tier champs should be in the initial 6* offering)

Oh. In that case...I do not believe they should be removed from 5* crystals...but they should add some of the old gods, to counter-balance the presence of the trash tier champs, add some new potential for success.

I'm not sure you know what balance means, in order for there to be balance in the game there needs to be either a roughly equal amount of good and bad champions or all champions need to be at the same power level. The game is balanced because bad champions exist to offset the top tier champions if what you want is equal power level among all champions kabam would need to massively rework almost all the champions in the game which would be terrible. If you want the worst champions removed from the 5* crystals for balance to exist you would need to remove the top tier champions as well.

I agree with the OP, some champs are trash and needs to be removed from the game to move forward.

Others similar trash champs include OG Captain America, Netflix DD, Punisher 2099, Colossus, Winter Soldier, Ms Marvel, Magneto (both), Cyclops (both), Loki, War Machine, Ironman, etc.

100% This. (Trying to think of something to say but you said it all).

Perhaps one more thing: imagine going through a hotel mordok uncollected level and every opponent was God Tier. Sure you probably will have 5* duped Star Lord and a 5* duped Blade but good luck. Every node will be a 6* duped 10000 PI MODOK, Ice Phoenix, Collector, Maestro, Thanos. Do you really want that? Repeat in every single game event (story quests, monthly quests, daily quests).

Punisher 2099, Iron Man, OG Captain America and Winter Soldier trash? you must be new. lulz.

Iron Man isn't the best out there, but he isn't totally trash. his regen can come useful in times. P2099 has a nice power control. OG Cap has some nice perfect block and WS hits really hard and his dupe ability can come useful sometimes.

as to OP, i would like some of the worst champs being buffed. like Colossus, Hulkbuster, Groot. they have no purpose in the game and are even worse than SH or KK.

I have to agree with @HeroBoltsy and @Alpha07 in their summaries (mostly). And well said, both of them.

Most of the 'trash' champs do have positive points going for them; and a lot of it is personal opinion. There's no way a character as versatile as Winter Soldier is trash, for example. Look at his base starts (almost identical to CA and DD), then stack up his DoT effects with his Fury and you start to see the light. Seriously, get a Fury on with WS, and use his S3 with hollow points; and then watch your opponent disintegrate. He's even got usefulness against robots and other bleed immune characters with his other ammunition types.

Netflix Daredevil is also solid; he has just two problems - (1) he's just not as good all round as the original, once awakened; and (2) you need to adopt a different fighting style with him; which many players don't like. But if you want to make use of him, take him to a fight against a tank like Hulkbuster, with a Parry-Med-Med approach, and get 6 or 7 armour breaks on them. Or has someone put Hood as a miniboss? Daredevil isn't affected by Invisibility; dodges projectiles, has perfect block, and gets higher crit rates when shocked or stunned. Have fun!

Colossus? Not the best, it's true. But consider that whilst Blade is currently reckoned one of the top three champs in the game; if you want to neutralise pretty much all his abilities, Colossus is fantastic at doing so. Class advantage, heavy armour, bleed immune, no Danger Sense, no power gain...

The game is better for having a broad range of champions to draw from. Sure, some are more rubbish than others (step forward Kamala Khan, Carnage, and - date I say it? - Sentry) but the basic issue many posters are complaining about isn't really the 'trash' champs; but the fact that they're in the same crystals as the 'gods'.

Opening crystals is the most basic mechanism in the game, and it's RNG - it's a gamble... And you do have to have some way of 'losing' when you gamble. That's why it's called gambling!

I think a "trash" or "rubbish" champion is one that has a) low stats, such as Carnage, b) has useless abilities i.e. Colossus, as long as you're playing him, or c) both. Many champions, like She Hulk, Winter Soldier, and Spider Gwen are all hated, some more than others. But they all have a unique ability, or at least a redeeming factor, such as SH's Parry-Heavy ATK boost, Winter Soldier's Ammunition, and SG's huge crit damage, not to mention CONTROLLABLE EVADE, something most other Spiders don't have.
