Blade Featured

Since Blade will be added to the basic pool before he has a re-run of his featured crystal, is it wiser to open basic crystals once he's added to the pool or open the featured ones come Feb 22?

If you really want him open the featured crystal and featured GM. So many champs in the basic pool. Odds are bad however way you slice it but better with the featured.
