    The first three releases, I pulled 3 5*s and 8 4*s (60 crystals). The last three (60+ crystals between them) I pulled zero 5*s and 1 4*. I think they lowered the drop rate after its initial launch. I open 20 every Thursday and the difference now is drastic. Sure, luck can change but it's very fishy.

    I bought 5 yesterday and one more today just to push my luck

    Actually how many you pull depends on how many you buy. Based on my own statistics, the drop rate is about 1 out of every 80 to 100 crystals. The one need not necessarily be the featured hero.
