I have 3 4/40 4 stars. I have doc ock, ghost rider, and rogue. Both doc ock and gr are duped and sig level about 30. Rogue is unawakened. I have limited catalysts and can only rank one up. Who?

    Definitely GR. I have Rogue maxed and she has gotten me through so much content, but GR life steal is even more powerful than hers, plus he has slightly more utility. Ultimately, he's also stronger because he is mystic and is one of the three components of the op synergy team

    You should do all of these when you can but Ghost Rider is the best in most situations
