“Time Out” on boss battles

So playing AQ map 3 today... fought colossus, first boss. Time ran out (which I still think is BS) there shouldn’t be a time limit on boss battles, but I noticed a few problems...
Thor didn’t armor break colossus 1 time, and would only stun on his first special (parry excluded). Once he was stunned he would lock up for a second then allow me to dash forward, only noticing this with champs that stun on special moves. Occasionally happens after parry. Thought it might be a registration issue or my timing but... overall a second is need for my champ to regain stability and follow direction. Now with this hinderance of delayed actions after using my special, the timer really becomes a death clock countdown...
It’s VERY frustrating to pull off a combo like that (pictured below) and receive a health loss penalty.


Of course when I go to re-fight Collosus, parry magically fails 10 times in a row, and Thor dropped his block for an easy KO. MIND YOU, I just had a flawless fight with no issues but the delayed action after the stun debuff on AI.
