Are there any low-level 2nd account alliances recruiting?

Primary account, 5k+ Prestige, 500k+ total base hero rating... Started a mini account a while back, and want to start growing it. Want to join an alliance and do some low maps (2/3) and low level aq for shards and rewards. Prefer with others that know what they are doing and active.
Have an officer from primary account alliance that also has a mini and would join as well.
