Can anyone make me understand

i have poison +20% attack and -0.6% for every second and whillpower rang 2 +0.6% for every second
so why my champions are still losing life what is this a bug or what

Poison reduces the effectiveness of all healing effects as well as doing damage over time. Extra stacks of poison reduce healing even further.
