    You should do both when you’re able but if you’re good at Quake I’d say to level her up first

    I personally really love Quake. Even when she's unduped she's a beast. If you're good with her no question Quake is the way to go in my opinion.

    Quake needs no dupe to be devastating. Rogue is still great unduped but benefits much more from a dupe.

    Rogue is a beast but you have to have her high sig lvl.
