Daredevil Classic is not stunning 100% on his sp1 qnd sp2 which he should be doing according to his abilities. It seems that it is only hitting about 25-50% instead which makes his SPs not very useful.

@abelarmi , Wil6541 is correct. Both DDs specials 1 and 2 will stun 100% if it is a critical hit. Otherwise, there isn’t any.
